I am interested to know:
1. How you get your board motivated to fundraise?;
 
2. What are some successful tactics of fundraising and specific examples of
successful fundraising activities your board has carried out?;
 
Finally, can you recommend any free online sources to help board members
better understand their role as fundraisers?
 
I am especially interested in hearing from smaller museums and natural
history museums.
