 the best training for becoming an dealer is to
one know the art you sell or buy like the back of your hand
start dealing art
 work in a top gallery in a major city.

no school is going to
 teach you how to be a successful art dealer. have him talk
to the very top blue chip dealers in chicago. i would not be surprised
if they tell him the same.
