Please excuse any cross postings, I am sending this email on behalf  
of the Integrated Pest Management Working Group, a group of  
collection managers, conservators and other professionals interested  
in issues surrounding the implementation of integrated pest  
management in museums and other collection-holding institutions. The  
goal of the group is to promote and facilitate good IPM practices and  
collaboration between staff and institutions through the development  
and on-line distribution of training materials and other resources.  
In addition to the tools presented on this site, the group also  
maintains the IPM mailing list to provide a forum for discussion of  
IPM-related topics.  Our website can be seen here at: http://

Currently, the group is working on collecting sample IPM policy and  
procedure documents to share on the website as a resource for others.  
The submitted documents will be reviewed at the upcoming Working  
Group meetings in February and posted on the website along with a  
short description. Sample documents that have already been collected

In an effort to broaden the range of institutions represented, we are  
eager to hear back from botanical gardens, libraries, art museums,  
historical societies and other collections holding institutions with  
sample documents they are willing to share. A permission form should
