Public university budgets and other financials are public information.  You
can contact the accounting/finance dept. and request a copy of their most
recent audited financial statements.  It'll be quite cumbersome and detailed,
as well as include info for all university depts, but you'll find at least two
year's profit and loss statements along with balance sheets.  Hope this helps.
