I am looking for anyone who has faced the challenge of coding visitor
comment/complaint data.
What system do you use for coding this type of data? Any examples of how
coding this data has helped uncover trends of complaints over time? How has
this data been used to resolve future complaints?

Also, any literature or articles regarding visitor complaints and the use of
this data in interpretive settings would be extremely useful.

Responses may be sent to my personal email at [log in to unmask] I will
post a digest version of my responses to the list if people express
interest.

Thanks!
