It's called politics.  Is it ethical?  Was it ethical for
former Mexican President Salinas de Gotari to bilk his country
out of millions?  No, but it happened.

Perhaps the BOD elected by the BOD serves in an advisory role but they're
bigwigs which heave their power when they're told.  Smells like
politics to me.
