to search for energetic museum professionals to add to our staff.

position:
PastPerfect Support Specialist:
The PastPerfect support specialist is a person who helps many
organizations find solutions associated with using PastPerfect for
collection and membership management. The specialist will work with a
team to resolve user, computer and network issues. Pastime Software
prides itself on the quality of its support. This position will help
maintain the high standards of customer service that our clients have
grown to trust!
This is an excellent position for a recent graduate looking to jumpstart
their career and build their resume.
This customer support specialist is a dynamic person with knowledge of
our program and a background in a museum related field with plenty of
computer experience. As a full-time employee with benefits including
health and dental insurance, you will have the opportunity to learn and
to work with the finest group of clients in the world. Computer skills
are important, but having the right attitude, a genuine compassion for
people, and a willingness to "go the extra mile" to keep our clients
happy are required. Salary starts in the low 30’s.
Interested applicants must be willing to relocate to our Exton, PA
office and begin work in mid-June of 2003.
