Pam --

Are you trying to block the light/view from these windows entirely or simply
filter some of the light?

One thing we've talked about using is bus/window-sign vinyl. You might have
seen these big "bus wraps" or perhaps you've noticed them on a McDonald's
drive-through window . . . It's an adhesive sheet of vinyl mesh that is printed
on one side with photographic image. From the outside, the viewer sees
your image (photographs, perhaps your hours?) and yet from the inside, visitors
would be able to see out through the vinyl mesh almost unobstructed.

While it's not "UV" filtering persay --- the light is defiantly diminished.
Check around at local sign shops, if you're looking for a vender.
Good luck.
