annual
meeting!

We welcome proposals for full-day or half-day pre-conference workshops;
single papers or panels; hands-on sessions; or posters. Go to
http://www.alhfam.org/?cat_id=384#762 to download the submission form.

If you have trouble filling it in online and saving it, first save the
blank form to your computer and then re-open it; you should then be able to
fill it in and save it and send it to [log in to unmask] If that doesn’t
work, print it out, fill it in and mail it, or scan the form and e-mail it.
