The National Electronics Museum in Linthicum, MD invites applications for
the position of Administrator. Job Description*: *The Administrator
maintains financial records; administers accounts payable; answers general
information line and emails; coordinates use of the Museum facilities by
outside groups; maintains and distributes Museum calendar/schedule;
schedules and coordinates special events, including staffing; maintains
membership database; orders and stocks office supplies; manages
distribution of publicity materials; prepares yearly metrics, and manages
Gift Shop. This position is 30 hours a week. Requirements: Familiarity with
basic accounting practices, knowledge of Quickbooks a must, ability to
communicate with broad range of ages and interests; ability to work
collaboratively and cooperatively with staff at all levels; excellent
verbal and written communication skills; must be highly organized,
motivated, and able to manage multiple projects. To apply e-mail resume,
