With just two weeks left in the nomination period, it's not too late to
submit an object for Pennsylvania's Top 10 Endangered Artifacts
<http://www.patop10artifacts.org/> . Nominate an artifact from your
institution at www.patop10artifacts.org
<http://www.patop10artifacts.org/> by Monday, April 15.

HOW IT WORKS

This initiative to save the state's most significant artifacts seeks
inspiring items-drawings, paintings, manuscripts, rare books, maps,
photographs, objects, textiles, and more-that illuminate important
stories of local, state, or national history and are in need of
conservation.

The top 10 objects, selected by an independent review panel, will be
featured on a new crowd funding site and promoted through marketing and
social media campaigns. On this website, the public can vote for and
donate to their favorite objects from the group of 10, raising awareness
of collections care needs as well as funds for conservation treatment.

NOMINATE AN ARTIFACT

Once you've chosen a nominee, the hard part is over-filling out the
nomination form takes only 15 minutes. Go to www.patop10artifacts.org
<http://www.patop10artifacts.org/> to learn more and submit your
nomination by Monday, April 15 at midnight.

After nominating your artifact, be sure to find us on Facebook
<http://www.facebook.com/SavePAsPast> and follow us on Twitter
<https://twitter.com/SavePAsPast> . Post or tweet an image of it, and

Pennsylvania's Top 10 Endangered Artifacts has been supported by The Pew
Center for Arts & Heritage and by the Beneficial Foundation.
