Has anyone heard of any programs to accept donations of and distribute
secondhand cell phones for use in the south? I recently switched cell
phone plans and have two year-old phones that could be reprogrammed and
used. I was going to donate them to a women's shelter but if there is
someone taking cell phones for the gulf area I would send them there. I
did a quick search online but found nothing. Thanks.
