Hey folks,

While researching fifth century Attic janiform headvases for my thesis,
I've noticed that all of the artifacts are located in either North
America or Western Europe (and two in Russia). My question is this: do
museums of the Far East, South America, and Africa not collect
antiquities from the Ancient Med? Why or why not? As I am collecting a
class of vases into a tidy catalog as part of my book, I am striving for
completeness; hearing that there are, say, museums in China which have
some "lost" examples would make my day. Thanks in advance.
