Special Assistant Fine & Decorative Arts

   Entry level position working with CEO of locally based corporation
involved in buying, selling & appraising antique decorative arts in a
traditional brick-and-mortar set-up as well as in high volume over the
Internet. Position will involve assisting in evaluating and arranging
purchase and sales of 18th, 19th and 20th century American and European
fine and decorative arts as well as vintage collectibles. Candidate needs
to have excellent communication and writing skills, be presentable, fit and
computer literate. Art History/ Fine Arts or communications background is
preferred. Hands-on experience with period antique furnishings and/or fine
art desirable but not essential. The position will be full time beginning
in September 2003; salary will start at $20.8K and include benefits and
profit sharing. We are looking for a long-term commitment from a motivated
