frankly, there's a NEGLIGABLE return to the associate (but it's been a couple years since i've looked at the figures). i'd be more inclined not passing my customers to amazon & trying to capture the sales myself; getting the customer to your site in the first place is 7/8s of the battle... and turning them away, well...
