We have used VISTA at the Chicago Botanic Garden since late 1998 to schedule
all of our facilities and book all of our groups. We are able to accept
group reservations, payments, etc. through the software. Additionally, we
can sell tickets for our on-site ticketed events through the system.

The biggest challenges have been the speed of the system, and glitches in
the software updates - both of which have improved within the last year.

VISTA recently changed to a Crystal Reports system, so we are still
experimenting with enhanced reporting capabilities.
