Hi Lindsey,
I've used the velcro on larger pieces in a place where humidity is a 
problem.  We have too much.  It lasts pretty well for a year or so 
without looking too bad, but you will have bowing over time.  I would 
use the velcro rather than the sticky tape, because it seems destroy the 
wall surface wherever it is removed.  I've purchased the velcro stuff 
from feiner supply at www.feinersupply.com for pretty reasonable rates.
