Hi, I'm looking for some information/suggestions regarding the
following;

A Canadian University library has received a request from a U.S.
museum to use a photograph from the library's collection in an
upcoming exhibit and promotional pamphlet. As this is their first
request of this type, the library would like to know
what kind of fees, if any, are charged for this service. Are these
fees mainly to protect copyright, or for the service rendered? What
would the going rate be? Are there any other problems to consider?
