We maintain a separate numbering system for "education" objects. These
are designated as "Study Collection".
It is a 2-part number with the initial S added. On the database the word
Study is spelled out.

Subject: Education Collections

If your organization has "education" or "research" collections that are
not part of your regular historical collections, how do you handle the
tracking of those items?

Do they have a separate numbering system? Are they tracked through the
same system as "regular" artifacts? Are the records maintained with the
regular collection records?
