The City of Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking a Museum Educator for its AAM accredited local history museum. Starting salary $32,604-$34,584/yr DOQ. Full benefits, including 100% employer-paid health insurance for employee and family.  Develops, plans and conducts educational/interpretive programs for schools and public. Trains and supervises docents and volunteers. Develops exhibits and related programs.  Requirements: Bach. degree in museum education or related field (history, anthropology, archaeology); knowledge of museum and current practices; successful record of program implementation and management; computer proficiency, willingness to work with a small, team-oriented staff; valid CO DL. Evening and weekend hours required. Pre-employment drug testing, physical and criminal background check required.
