Paula,
  I advise you check into your state's "Sunshine Act".  The public's right to
know was a topic at the  last ALI-ABA meeting in St. Paul. There are some kinds
 of information that you do not have to give out (anything that is confidential
(values, storage locations, and (when they so stipulate) donors names).  There
is probably nothing that says you have to give them a disc. You better check
with an attorney on this issue.
