In addition to other complaints, downloading an unknown .exe file is
very dangerous.  A virus is an .exe file.  If you download and run an
unknown .exe file, such as runme.exe, from an unknown person you could
be allowing a virus to enter your machine or system.  I won't even do it
from cyber aquintences, until I check the file with them first, find
where they got it and how it ran on their machine (or system).
