Don't forget that, here in the LA area, there are
development programs also at UCLA and UC Irvine.

A better source for this kind of question is probably
the Grants list on
http://www.charitychannel.com/forums  The subject
matter experts there can direct you to coursework
available online and in classroom in a myriad of
areas.
