Does anybody know of museums/galleries which implement on a regular basis any kind of formatted evaluation that is dependant on imput from front of house staff?
I am investigating potential methods of ongoing gallery evaluation on behalf of Wolverhampton Art Gallery.

Also, what methods are in use to investigate the extent of repeat visits? Does anybody know of any 'loyalty card' type schemes in operation?
