Dear Listers:

The city of Dallas, Texas (USA) is looking at the pros and cons of relocating
its football team, the Dallas Cowboys.  A potential relocation is under
discussion, from a stand-alone in nearby Arlington, TX to the grounds of Fair Park,
home to nine cultural organizations (including an African American museum, a
railroad museum, a science center, IMAX and planetarium, a garden museum, an
aquarium, a women's museum, a natural history museum and a state history
museum).

Doubtless this relocation will be a phenomenal boost to the area; are there
folks on the list who have thoughts/recommendations to share?  It would be
helpful to hear from folks who are in this situation, and the suggestions they
would have for negotiating (janitorial supplies?  marketing money? game day
buyouts?  membership benefits?) as it will be easier to bring up these issues
before the contracts are signed.
