Or how about strategies for using other media to support visits
to specific museum exhibits? For example, I would recommend
'A Soldier's Story' as an adjunct to an exhibit on the segregated
US Army in the not-so-distant past. Similarly, in my personal
opinion, 'Ghosts of Mississippi' conveys aspects of the civil
rights movement with an impact that would be difficult to
achieve within an exhibit (ex-Gov. Ross Barnett striding into
the dock to shake hands with Byron De La Beckwith in the
midst of Mrs. Evers' testimony, for example), but which
would complement the tangible evidence one might display.

It's nice to think we might encourage folks to use all kinds of
media to feed the appetite stimulated by a visit to an exhibit
...even the Web.
