As wildly various as theater.  Depends on what you are, in fact, doing.
there are some dramaturgs that work for a theater and are on a salary basis.
There are others that are hired, like a director, for a fee.  There are
others that are essentially thought of as consultants, and paid by the
hour....  ALso, what kind of theater, where, what level etc. etc. all enter
in.  A not-for-profit regional theater is going to be wildly different than a
commercial road tour. ETc.
