SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, one of the world's finest museums, seeks a Senior Web Developer for the Information Systems & Technology Department.  The Senior Web Developer is responsible for the development and support of the Museum's website. The Senior Web Developer will report to the Information Systems & Technology Department, and will work closely with the Web Site's General Manager, the Manager for Internet Technologies, and other members of the team dedicated to developing and supporting the site. Qualification requirements are 5 + years experience developing, supporting, and maintaining large Internet sites.  Knowledge of and experience with the following development tools, and products: HTML, ASP, VBScript, CSS style sheets, SQL Server, IIS, Windows 2000 Server, MS Visual Source Safe, Web Trends, and various third party web server applications is required.  B.S. degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or other comparable degree is required.
