I've used CollectiveAccess in a project before and would certainly use it
again. It's super flexible which I appreciate but there is a bit of a
learning curve with it unless you like one of the base designs. It's still
under development (expected release October 2010, they're saying) and so I
think it's only going to keep improving and they're very open to suggestions
or additions. In general, the development team is extra helpful and I have
nothing but good things to say about them.
