The Montclair Art Museum announces the following search:

Fundraising. Grants Manager.

Self-starter with top notch writing and organization skills to write and
secure grants from government, foundation, and corporate sources for a
dynamic regional art museum.  Reports to Deputy Director of Institutional
Advancement and works closely with key management staff.  Responsible for
identifying prospects; writing and editing grants and preparing supporting
financial information; and monitoring and tracking progress of grant
applications.  B.A., minimum two years of grants experience in a similar
setting.

Located in Montclair, New Jersey, The Montclair Art Museum, is one of the
region's most important cultural resources, respected nationally and
internationally for its fine collection of American art and Native American
art and artifacts.  The Montclair Art Museum provides an environment in
which a broad audience of children and adults can develop a greater
awareness, understanding and appreciation of the dynamic richness and
variety of the art created in America and its relevance to their lives.
Hosting some 100,000 visitors annually, we foster this development through
collection and preservation, exhibitions, educational programming and arts
advocacy, focusing on and evolving with the audience and its needs.
