Self-starter with top notch writing and organization skills to write and secure grants from government, foundation, and corporate sources for a dynamic regional art museum. Reports to Deputy Director of Institutional Advancement and works closely with key management staff. Responsible for identifying prospects; writing and editing grants and preparing supporting financial information; and monitoring and tracking progress of grant applications. B.A., minimum two years of grants experience in a similar setting. Located in Montclair, New Jersey, The Montclair Art Museum, is one of the region's most important cultural resources, respected nationally and internationally for its fine collection of American art and Native American art and artifacts.
