General Description

Facilitates the development, implementation, and evaluation of all programs
and projects within the School and Outreach Division.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science, education, museum studies or related field.
Minimum of one year's teaching experience in formal or informal settings.
Minimum of one year's experience in planning, development and implementation
of programming. Good oral and written communication skills. Fluency in
Spanish or other foreign language preferred. Technology skills also desired.
Ability to work irregular hours including occasional evenings, weekends and
holidays. Ability to travel for field programs. CPR and first aid
certification as well as good swimming skills preferred. Must have valid
drivers license, clean driving record and insurance. Must be able to do
moderate lifting (involving loading and unloading equipment from vehicles)
and be able to erect outreach displays.
