I'd go for the bigger office.  But seriously, all our collection records
are scheduled by the City of Toronto's Records and Archives section as
permanent-current.  Meaning they live in my office forever as legal
evidence.  I would be very cautious in turining them over to anyone
(including you archives) because of this fact.
