As a result of that discussion, I'm requesting to start such a program
here. I'd be interested in hearing about the red tape and paperwork as

I'm curious to see if any other folks on the list offer an "Adopt an
Artifact" program to their patrons. If you would be willing to send any
of the red tape/paper work that goes along with it that would be a great
help. We're looking into to developing such a program at our museum.
