There is a lot of great information available from AAM through their website's Information Center.  You need to be an AAM member to access that portion of the site but it may well be worth it.  Additionally, if you are an institutional member of AAM, you can request sample documents via the Information Center.  These are various policy and procedure documents from different institutions.
