The Baltimore Museum of Industry is seeking a Conservation Intern to
assist with a collections restoration project. The intern will assist
BMI staff and contract conservators by cleaning and rehousing
collections artifacts damaged by flooding from Hurricane Isabel. 

 

The qualified candidate will possess experience in fine art,
conservation, museums, or other related areas. A four year degree is
preferred, although upper-level undergraduates will be considered.
Candidates must be self-motivated, but also able to take direction. 

 

The position will be part-time, approximately 16 hours per week, and
will last for 6 months. Candidates who wish to apply should send their
