The AAM just published the Museum Visitor Services Manual as part of their
Technical Information Series.  Roxanna Adams is the series editor.  It is
$18 at the AAM bookstore (check website).  Haven't read it yet; part of the
stack I bought at the convention in May.  Good Luck.

PS: If your library is limited in their holdings, can they do an
inter-library loan from another library for you?  Many small libraries do
that.

Does anyone have any suggestions for up-to-date reading on visitor studies,
particularly qualitative/ethnographic methodologies?  The libraries I have
access to only have stuff from the late eighties, so I need to know titles
to request by interlibrary loan.
