In conjunction with our new construction of exhibition display galleries, It
has been sugested for us to consider using "designer quality, filtered
flourescent display track lighting" for energy conservation. I'm all for
this, if in fact there are flourescent task lighting fixtures equivalent to
the standards of incandescent halogen spot lighting in regards to beam
spread variety, intensity, and color.

Any information from other museums/galleries with flourescent track lighting
in use to illuminate artwork would be most appreciated.
