You might want to look through past issues of eSpectra, the Museum Computer
Network's online portal for cultural heritage information management
professionals. eSpectra is a portal compilation of pointers to articles
highlighting issues of importance to that community. The links are a mix
of media articles, white papers, and online resources, and not generally
papers such as those from Museum and the Web, which are already compiled in
a single useful site. Every month's issue has a section on "Technology in
the Museum," and I would think that some of the articles that I've included
pointers to in the past would be what you're looking for.

You can review the current month's pointers to articles as well as those
available through the archives, going back to April 1999.
