Hello listers

We have a number of very old table top display cases. On one of these
cases, the innards of one of the locks has fallen out and since been
lost. We called in a locksmith, who was unable to replace the lock as he
couldn't find a replacement small enough.

My question is this: Can anyone offer suggestions as to where we might
be able to find a replacement lock small enough to fit our display
cases?

Many thanks
