Pober Publishing is pleased to announce the publication of our reprint of David Murray's Museums: Their History and Their Use (3 vols. in 2). New introduction, "Mr. Murray's Cabinet of Wonder," by Paula Findlen, Stanford University.

Volume one is a general history of museums and collecting. The 704 page bibliography (v. 2-3) is divided into five sections:

II.  Museography
III. The collection, preparation, and preservation, registration and exhibition of specimens.
IV. Catalogues and other works relating to particular museums.
V.  Travels and general literature.
