My expertise in conducting oral history projects for museums and institutions has been requested. The group asking for my services is amenable to paying me, but, since I've only done this type of work on behalf of an institution for which I am employed, haven't the first idea of what to charge. Anyone have an idea of fee schedules for this type of thing? They are asking for consultation, conducting interviews, and transcription.
