Following all this discussion on museum shops, has anyone contact the Museum
Store Association for the professional's point of view?  It is an affiliate
of the American Association of Museums.  The current president is Christy
Connelly, who apparently does not have e-mail, but can be reached at 513
353-1395.  They have been in existence for quite a while and have a formal
code of ethics, annual meetings, etc.
