My organization uses Quick Books Pro and have found it more than capable of
meeting our needs.  I think the problem may be that it's sort of like a swiss
army knife -- you really don't know what's in there, but you keep finding new
stuff.  You may want to try upgrading to the "pro" version before scraping the
whole thing.  They also have on-line and phone consulting.  I really can't
think of anything you'd want to do that this software can't handle.  If you
