Good morning. We are currently reviewing our provenance research
procedures and are curious what procedures others museums may have.

How does your institution research provenance for new acquisitions? Do
you perhaps have a standard form of sorts given directly to donors ?
What documentation establishing provenance do you require of donors? If
you have a form, would you please share?

thanks so much for your responses.

Have a great weekend,
