Good Morning and Afternoon, All-

I am curious to hear any clever ways you have come up with to measure
the effectiveness any "single" fieldtrip experiences?

I have had the great opportunity to inherit a wonderful hands-on,
decision-making simulation program, and we do have the head teacher fill
out an evaluation at the end of each program.... But this doesn't
necessarily give the information we need to secure future funding. We
need to prove that the students are gaining information, improving on
their decision making skills, demonstrating leadership abilities in the
classroom, group, etc....

One quick fix is to give a "test" pre and then post the experience with
information (to see any new knowledge gained) but I am looking for more.

Anyone willing to share and successful ways to assess and evaluation the
program's influence on its participants?

Thank you in advance for any input!
