If you have an entrance fee for the museum, junior members might be
allowed to bring in one accompanying adult free on each trip. (Or, they
get in free when they come with an adult.) This will result in parents
coming who otherwise might not and engender good will, donations, fee
for both parents or a second parent, etc. They could also get reduced
rates if you have kids education programs that have a fee. Our most
successful program with kids this age was a two day workshop for a
Children's Reader's Theater, presented to parents and friends at the end
of the second day. (The play was about a real life regional historic
event.)
