This also depends upon the style of resume you write.  If you go with one of the skills-based styles, the job titles are not of importance, just the skills you developed and the experiences you had.  I'm sure anyone interested in hiring you will be able to figure out that "Administrative Support / Other" at a university is a catch-all title.  If they can't, perhaps you don't want to work for that organization?
