I am not sure exactly what you are looking for.  Light Impressions carries
various sizes of flat storage boxes, several of which are large enough for
what you ask.
However, should you like to look further, there are a couple of suppliers
you didn't mention:

Metal Edge is great for storage products.

Demco also carries flat archival boxes, and they're cheap.

Brodart doesn't have the best selection, but always helps to shop around.

Oh, looking in my UP catalog I see these "phase boxes."
I think you may have to settle for plain flat storage boxes.  If they are
too deep for your books, I recommend getting some extra archival board and
cutting it to lie under the book, raising it's top to the lid of the box;
that is, if you want to stack anything on top.
