The New York State Archives and New York State Library, as part of a
major renovation project, are investigating integrating conservation
operations with the goal of maximizing resources and improving access to
conservation services.

We are interested in hearing from other state cultural agencies (i.e.,
Archives, Museums, and Libraries) that:

§ share conservation resources, such as staff, equipment, and space;
§ perform services collaboratively; and/or
§ distribute services among multiple institutions.

If your state agency collaborates in conservation, please contact
Christina Phillips at [log in to unmask] and let her know whether
you would be willing to answer a series of questions, either via phone
or email. If possible, please send her an organizational chart that
details your operational structure and reporting relationships. Thank
you very much.
